The file No. 2026000741 initiated by Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C., as well as Report No. 225-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until February 16, 2026, Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. requested the Securities Market Superintendency the registration of modifications to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos SURA Short Term Global FMIV"; That, the modifications subject of the request refer to the performance comparison indicator, the unified commission, the cut-off time, the placing agents, the contribution for SMV supervision of the SMV, among others; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Fondos Sura SAF S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrators; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF, as developed in Report No. 225-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being subject to what is provided by article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund of investment in securities named "Fondo de Fondos SURA Short Term Global FMIV", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on March 10, 2026.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Fondos
