The file No. 2024045620 initiated by Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 150-2025-SMV/10.2 dated January 29, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 28, 2025, Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendency to register modifications to the simplified prospectus and
annex of the participation regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities
denominated "Blum Cash Mutual Fund", referring to: (i) the typology, (ii) the creation of share series, (iii) performance comparator, (iv) subscription and redemption procedure, (v) reference day for allocation, (vi) means and hours of service, and (vii) commissions and expenses; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been determined that Blum Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with what is established in: (i) Article 55 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Administrator Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Superintendent Resolution No. 023-2015-SMV/02, as developed in Report No. 150-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established by Article 38, numeral 6, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Approve the registration of the modifications
to the Simplified Prospectus and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual investment fund in securities denominated "Blum Cash Mutual Fund", in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The modifications to the Simplified Prospectus
and Annex of the Participation Regulation of the mutual fund indicated in Article 1 of this resolution, will enter into force on February 17, 2025.
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 4th.- Transcribe this resolution to Blum
