File No. 2025039149 initiated by Anka Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 250-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until January 12, 2026, Anka Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested the registration, under the general regime, of the investment fund named “Ayni Direct Debt Investment Fund – Dollar Subscription”, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, through Letter No. 5914-2025-SMV/10.2 and Letter No. 7497-2025-SMV/10.2 (hereinafter, SECOND LETTER), various observations were made regarding the documentation presented by Anka Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A.; That, from the review of the documentation submitted, it was noted that Anka Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A. did not rectify certain observations made in the SECOND LETTER, referring to the exit mechanism for participants with matured quotas, the requirements that members of the Investment Committee must meet, among others; Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 1, literal b), of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Supervisory Office, approved by Legislative Decree No. 26126 and its modifying norms; and Article 38, numerals 6 and 7 of the Organization and Functions Regulation of the Securities Market Supervisory Office, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifying norms;

Article 1st.- Deny the registration request for the investment fund named “Ayni Direct Debt Investment Fund – Dollar Subscription”, and its respective Participation Regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Supervisory Office (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3rd.- Transcribe this resolution to Anka Investment Fund Administrator Company S.A.
