The General Superintendent of Entity Supervision

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026000546 initiated by MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc., as well as Report No. 306-2026-SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through documents submitted by March 5, 2026, MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc. requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence for the program to be named "Special Program T01 of MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc." and its respective contract model;

That, from the evaluation of the submitted documentation, it has been determined that MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 24 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Funds System and its Administrator Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV/01; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "Special Program T01 of MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc." and its respective contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 306-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, numeral 5, items ix) and x), of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF.

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize the program named "Special Program T01 of MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc.", as well as its respective contract model and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 3.- Transmit this resolution to MAF Collective Fund Administrator Company, Inc.
