File No. 2026006410 initiated by Santander
Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A., as well as Report No. 537-2026- SMV/10.2 of the General Supervision of Entities of the Prudential Supervision Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until April 06, 2026, Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. requested from the Securities Market Superintendence the authorization of the program to be named "Santander Avanza 120" and its respective contract model; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Santander Collective Fund Administrator Company S.A. has complied with: (i) what is established in articles 19, 20 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution SMV No. 020-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This, for the authorization of the program to be named "Santander Avanza 120" and its respective contract model, as well as for its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 537-2026-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with what is established in article 38, numeral 5, items ix and x, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Authorize the program named
"Santander Avanza 120", as well as its respective contract model, and order its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV.
