File No. 2025056084 and what is stated in
Memorandum No. 1867-2026-SMV/10.2 signed on April 16, 2026; CONSIDERING:
That by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 050-2025-SMV/10.2 of March 17, 2025, OF & A S.A.C. was appointed as liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV"; That, by means of a Material Fact disclosed on December 12, 2025, OF & A S.A.C. communicated its resignation from the position of liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV" with effect from December 10, 2025; That, by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 001-2026-SMV/10.2 of January 5, 2026, a selection process for the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV" was called and the bases for the selection of the liquidator were approved; That, by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 024-2026-SMV/10.2 of February 10, 2026, the selection process to appoint the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV" was declared void, in accordance with what is provided in subsection d) of numeral 5.1 of Section XII of the bases of the aforementioned process; That, by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 047-2026-SMV/10.2 of March 10, 2026, the Bases for the Selection Process of the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV" (hereinafter, BASES) were approved; That, the schedule of the BASES was modified by General Supervision of Entities Resolution No. 052-2026- SMV/10.2;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, the company Alva Legal Asesoría Empresarial S.A.C. and Mr. Edder Antony Casas Toscaino presented themselves as applicants in sealed envelopes to the Securities Market Superintendence; That, by Memorandum No. 1867-2026-SMV/10.2 of April 16, 2026, the Selection Committee communicated that, following the evaluation of the proposals, Mr. Edder Antony Casas Toscaino has been declared the winner of the selection process for the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV"; That, the liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV" must perform its obligations in accordance with the proposal presented in the selection process and the applicable regulations for the mutual fund; Being in accordance with what is provided in Article 37 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the SMV, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011- EF. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Appoint Mr. Edder Antony Casas Toscaino as liquidator of the "Fund of Funds of Participation and International Growth (PC International) FMIV".
Article 2nd.- Transmit this resolution to Mr. Edder Antony Casas Toscaino, to OF& A S.A.C., to Blanco S.A.C. (formerly Blanco Sociedad Administradora de Fondos S.A.C.) and to María Luisa Aguirre Salazar
Article 3rd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
