The File No. 2025011621 initiated by PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 537-2025-SMV/10.2 dated April 24, 2025 from the General Superintendent of Entity Supervision; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until April 23, 2025, PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. requested the registration of the mutual fund named “Prudential Global Distribution Strategy Multi-Fund FMIV” in the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. has complied with what is provided in: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Administrative Procedures Text of the Securities Market Superintendence, as developed in Report No. 537-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 1°, subsection b) of the Unified Concordant Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its modifying norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence; approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named “Prudential Global Distribution Strategy Multi-Fund FMIV”, its simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence recommends the subscription of quotas of said mutual investment fund in securities nor expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.
Article 3rd.- PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. must send to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to PrudentialSAF Fund Management Company S.A.C. and to Scotiabank Peru S.A.A, in its capacity as custodian.
