That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LVII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024002795 on January 23, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXIV FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024032895 on July 22, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023049456 on November 27, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024015987 on April 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXIX FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024025762 on June 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXI FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024029611 on July 09, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024029615 on July 09, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXVII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024034705 on August 12, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXX FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024035887 on August 20, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon XLIX FMIV" was registered via file No. 2023043702 on October 18, 2023, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXXIII FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024035893 on August 20, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "Stepped Coupon", in the REGISTRY; That, article 183 of the Regulations on Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the cases set forth in article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings submitted by March 21, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator submitted the Custodian letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulations on Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is warranted due to the expiration of their term; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual funds named "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LVII FMIV",
"Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXIV FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXIII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXIX FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXI FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXVII FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXX FMIV", "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon XLIX FMIV" and "Credicorp Capital Stepped Coupon LXXXIII FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
