The file No. 2025022778 initiated by Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos, as well as Report No. 833-2025- SMV/10.2 of June 20, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities of the Securities Market Superintendence; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings presented until June 18, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos requested the registration of a mutual fund program named "Tesoro Americano Dólares", as well as the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 1 FMIV", within the framework of said program, in the section corresponding to the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been verified that Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos has complied with what is provided in: (i) articles 37, 38, 45-A, 45-B and 45-C of the Regulation of Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Managing Companies; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02; and (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence as developed in Report No. 833-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numerals 6 and 7, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence. RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual fund program
named "Tesoro Americano Dólares" and the mutual investment fund in securities named "Credicorp Capital 3M Tesoro Americano 1 FMIV", as well as the respective simplified prospectus and annex to the participation regulation in the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in Article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendence
recommends the subscription of shares of the cited mutual investment fund or other mutual funds of the program or expresses a favorable opinion on their profitability or quality.
Article 3rd.- Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad
Administradora de Fondos must submit to the Securities Market Superintendence the updated version of the program, simplified prospectus and the annex to the participation regulation, including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution approving the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days from the notification of this resolution.
Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp Capital S.A. Sociedad Administradora de Fondos and to Banco de Crédito del Perú, in its capacity as custodian.
