CONSIDERING:
That, the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 16 FMIV" was registered via file No. 2024007882 on February 26 of 2024, as part of the mutual fund program named "BBVA Súper Dólares Mutual Fund Program", in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY);

That, Article 183 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its modifications (hereinafter, REGULATIONS), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY shall proceed in the circumstances of Article 181 of the REGULATIONS, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term;

That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the REGULATIONS has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual fund is required due to the expiration of the term; and,

Being subject to the provisions of Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications;

RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the mutual investment fund in securities named "BBVA Súper Dólares 16 FMIV" from the Public Registry
of the Securities Market.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
