HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025032504 initiated by Interfondos S.A.
Fund Management Company, as well as Report No. 1096-2025-SMV/10.2 of August 8, 2025 from the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings presented until August 4, 2025, Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company requested the registration of the mutual fund named "Fondo de Fondos IF Inversión India FMIV" in the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company has complied with the provisions of: (i) articles 37, 38 and 39 of the Regulations on Mutual Investment Funds in Securities and their Management Companies, approved by Conasev Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments; (ii) Superintendent Resolution No. 155-2018-SMV/02 and its amendment; and, (iii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, as developed in Report No. 1096-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of article 1°, subsection b) of the Concorded Single Text of the Organic Law of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Decree Law No. 26126 and its modifying norms; as well as article 38, numerals 6) and 7) of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency; approved by Supreme Decree No. 216- 2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- Order the registration of the mutual investment fund in securities named "Fondo de Fondos IF Inversión India FMIV", its
simplified prospectus and annex of the participation regulation, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The registration referred to in article 1 of this resolution does not imply that the Securities Market Superintendency
recommends the subscription of quotas of the cited mutual investment fund in securities or expresses a favorable opinion on its profitability or quality.

Article 3rd.- Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company must send to the Securities Market Superintendency the updated version of the simplified prospectus and the annex of the participation regulation,
including the effective date, as well as the update of the reference to the resolution that approves the fund, within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days of the notification of this resolution.

Article 4th.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 5th.- Transcribe this resolution to
Interfondos S.A. Fund Management Company and to Banco Internacional del Perú S.A.A. - Interbank, in its capacity as custodian.
