The Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) denies the authorization request for the organization of Andean Crown Capital Markets Sociedad Agente de Bolsa S.A. submitted by David Martín Saettone Watmough and Andean Crown Perú Sociedad Anónima. The denial is based on the organizers' failure to demonstrate the required economic solvency, specifically their inability to provide the minimum net equity of S/ 2,406,328.00 or the necessary capital contributions of at least S/ 2,550,296.00 due to insufficient liquid resources and asset deficits. Additionally, the organizers failed to comply with corporate governance requirements regarding independent directors and the separation of general manager and board president roles, and did not substantiate declared assets.
