The General Superintendent of Entity Supervision

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2026039608 initiated by Promotora Opción S.A. EAFC, as well as Report No. 1635-2026-SMV/10.2 from the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until October 7, 2026, Promotora Opción S.A. EAFC requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence for the program to be named "Opción Clásico 60" and its respective contract model;

That, based on the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Promotora Opción S.A. EAFC has complied with: (i) the provisions of articles 19, 20, 24, 28, and 95 of the Regulation of Collective Funds and their Administrating Companies approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments; and (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "Opción Clásico 60" and its respective contract model, as well as for its inscription in the Special Register of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV, as developed in Report No. 1635-2026-SMV/10.2; and,

In accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 5, subsections ix and x, of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize the program named "Opción Clásico 60", as well as its respective contract model, and order its inscription in the Special Register of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV.
