File No. 2025031118 initiated by Santander
Collective Fund Management Company S.A., as well as Report No. 1333-2025- SMV/10.2 dated September 24, 2025; CONSIDERING:
That, through writings submitted until September 22, 2025, Santander Collective Fund Management Company S.A. requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendence for the program to be named "Súmate" and its respective contract model; That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Santander Collective Fund Management Company S.A. has complied with the provisions of: (i) Articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 26 and 95 of the Regulation of the Collective Fund System and its Management Companies; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "Súmate" and its respective contract model, as well as for its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under competence of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 1333-2025-SMV/10.2; and, Being in accordance with the provisions of Article 38, paragraph 5, items ix) and x), of the Regulation of Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Authorize the program named "Súmate",
as well as its respective contract model and order its registration in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the competence of the SMV.
