The General Superintendent of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2024049886, as well as Report No. 1743-2024-SMV/10.2 dated December 26, 2024 from the General Supervision of Entities;

CONSIDERING:

That, on December 23, 2020, the investment fund named “Fondo Edifica Core II – Investment Fund” was automatically registered under the Simplified Regime, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market;

That, Article 120, letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Management Companies, approved by SMV Resolution No. 029-2014-SMV/01 and its amendments, establishes that the exclusion of an investment fund from the Public Registry of the Securities Market shall proceed by decision of the General Assembly, specifying the corresponding requirements;

That, by means of a written submission presented on December 3, 2024, Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. requested the Securities Market Superintendence to exclude the investment fund “Fondo Edifica Core II – Investment Fund” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market. This, as agreed unanimously by the General Assembly of Participants of the aforementioned fund, on December 3, 2024;

That, from the evaluation of the information and documentation presented, it has been verified that Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A. has complied with what is established in Article 120, letter c) of the Regulations on Investment Funds and their Management Companies, as stated in Report No. 1743-2024-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with what is established in Article 38, numeral 7 of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments.

RESOLVES:

Article 1st.- To order the exclusion of the investment fund named “Fondo Edifica Core II - Investment Fund”, as well as its participation units, from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.

Article 2nd.- The corresponding modifications to the Participation Regulations of the investment fund referred to in the preceding article must be made, with the purpose of reflecting the change to a private offering fund.

Article 3rd.- To order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).

Article 4th.- To transcribe this resolution to Core Capital Sociedad Administradora de Fondos de Inversión S.A.
