The General Superintendent of Supervision of Entities

HAVING SEEN:

File No. 2025037313 initiated by Proponte Closed Joint Stock Company Collective Fund Administrator, as well as Report No. 1438-2025-SMV/10.2 dated October 10, 2025;

CONSIDERING:

That, through writings submitted until October 9, 2025, Proponte Closed Joint Stock Company Collective Fund Administrator requested authorization from the Securities Market Superintendency for the program to be named "PRO-66" and its respective contract model;

That, from the evaluation of the documentation presented, it has been determined that Proponte Closed Joint Stock Company Collective Fund Administrator has complied with: (i) the provisions of articles 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 and 95 of the Regulations of the Collective Fund System and its Administrator Companies approved by SMV Resolution No. 020-2014-SMV-01; and, (ii) the Single Text of Administrative Procedures of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 115-2025-EF. This is for the authorization of the program to be named "PRO-66" and its respective contract model, as well as for its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV; as developed in Report No. 1438-2025-SMV/10.2; and,

Being in accordance with the provisions of article 38, numeral 5, items ix and x, of the Regulations on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendency, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments;

RESOLVES:

Article 1.- Authorize the program named "PRO66", as well as its respective contract model, and order its inscription in the Special Registry of Other Entities under the jurisdiction of the SMV.

Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendency (www.gob.pe/smv).
