The File No. 2025002166 submitted by BBVA Asset Management S.A. Fund Administrator Company and Report No. 237-2025- SMV/10.2 prepared by the General Supervision of Entities Intendency; CONSIDERING:
That, through Administrative Resolution of Autonomous Patrimony No. 026-2009-EF/94.06.2 of November 29, 2009, the registration of the securities investment mutual fund named "BBVA Capital Preservation Fund of Funds FMIV" was ordered, in the corresponding section of the Public Registry of the Securities Market; That, compliance with articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by CONASEV Resolution No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its modifications, has been verified, whereby the mutual fund is excluded due to expiration of the duration term, as developed in Report No. 237-2025-SMV/10.2; and, In accordance with article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its modifications; RESOLVES:
Article 1st.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual fund named "BBVA Capital Preservation Fund of Funds FMIV" from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2nd.- Order the dissemination of this resolution on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
