The file No. 2025010590 submitted by Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company; CONSIDERING:
That, the securities investment mutual fund named “Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXII FMIV” was registered via file No. 2024015984 on April 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated “Escalated Coupon”, in the Public Registry of the Securities Market (hereinafter, REGISTRY); That, the securities investment mutual fund named “Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXV FMIV” was registered via file No. 2024020655 on May 06, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated “Escalated Coupon”, in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named “Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXVIII FMIV” was registered via file No. 2024025755 on June 11, 2024, as part of the mutual fund program denominated “Escalated Coupon”, in the REGISTRY; That, the securities investment mutual fund named “Credicorp Capital Institutional Optimized Income VI FMIV” was registered in file No. 2024016009 on April 11, 2024 in the REGISTRY; That, Article 183 of the Regulation of Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF-94.01.1 and its amendments (hereinafter, REGULATION), establishes that exclusion from the REGISTRY will proceed under the circumstances set forth in Article 181 of the REGULATION, one of which being the expiration of the fund's duration term; That, with writings submitted up to April 12, 2025, Credicorp Capital S.A. Fund Administrator Company presented the Custodian Letters for the exclusion of the aforementioned funds from the REGISTRY;

The integrity of the document and the authorship of the signature(s) can be verified at https://apps.firmaperu.gob.pe/web/validador.xhtml That, compliance with Articles 181 and 183 of the Regulation of Securities Investment Mutual Funds and their Administrator Companies, approved by Resolution CONASEV No. 068-2010-EF/94.01.1 and its amendments has been verified. Consequently, the exclusion of the aforementioned mutual funds is appropriate due to the expiration of the term; and, Being subject to what is provided in Article 38, numeral 7, of the Regulation on Organization and Functions of the Securities Market Superintendence, approved by Supreme Decree No. 216-2011-EF and its amendments; RESOLVES:
Article 1.- Order the exclusion of the securities investment mutual funds named “Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXII FMIV”,
“Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXV FMIV”, “Credicorp Capital Escalated Coupon LXVIII FMIV” and “Credicorp Capital Institutional Optimized Income VI FMIV” from the Public Registry of the Securities Market.
Article 2.- Order the dissemination of this resolution
on the Securities Market Portal of the Securities Market Superintendence (www.gob.pe/smv).
Article 3.- Transcribe this resolution to Credicorp
