Grand-ducal Regulation of 13 July 2007 relating to the keeping of the official listing for financial instruments

This regulation establishes the rules governing the admission, suspension, and removal of financial instruments from the official listing of trading venue operators in Luxembourg. It sets specific conditions for listing shares, including a minimum market capitalization of EUR 1,000,000 and a requirement for at least 25% of shares to be distributed to the public. For debt securities issued by private law entities, it mandates a minimum loan amount of EUR 200,000 and requires that convertible debentures be linked to already listed shares. The operator of the trading venue holds the competence to decide on admissions, with decisions required within one month of application.
