Granting Additional Investment Services License to Freedom Finance Armenia and Modifying License No. IC 0021
The Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia granted Freedom Finance Armenia an additional investment services license to conduct securities portfolio management and guaranteed and unguaranteed securities placement. This Board Resolution formally modifies the company’s existing Investment Services Provision Activity License No. IC 0021 to reflect the expanded regulatory scope. Issued pursuant to national banking and securities market legislation, the resolution takes effect immediately upon signature on May 20, 2025.
