Guidance on the Submission of Applications for Notification, Conversion and/or Extension of Notification of Notified Alternative Investment Funds
Authorised persons must submit applications for notification, conversion, and extension of Notified Alternative Investment Funds directly through the Licence Holder Portal using the ‘Application for Authorisation’ option. The MFSA will adopt a strict position regarding applications not submitted via this portal, while passporting notifications and requests for changes in details continue to be received by email or mail. Applicants are responsible for ensuring all submissions are timely, complete, and include all required supporting documentation before launch.
