Rule · OJK · 26 May 2025
The Financial Services Authority mandates investment managers to submit online reports on mutual fund loan receipts and grants via the OJK Reporting System by the 15th of the following month. The regulation requires specific contractual documentation for all loan transactions, including dual signatures for loans between a manager and its own fund, and prescribes detailed data fields for reporting transaction values, outstanding balances, and collateral. These guidelines establish the standardized formats and filling instructions for both loan receipt and loan grant reports to ensure consistent regulatory oversight.
