Guidelines on Internalised Settlement Reporting implementing Article 9 of Regulation (EU) No 909/2014
Settlement internalisers must report the aggregated volume and value of securities transactions settled outside securities settlement systems to the National Bank of Belgium on a quarterly basis. The first reporting period covers 1 April 2019 to 30 June 2019, with the initial report due by 12 July 2019. Subsequent reports must be submitted electronically via the NBB's OneGate application using XML files within 10 working days after the end of each quarter. Institutions in scope must notify the NBB of their obligation or any cessation of internalised settlement activities via email.
