Guidelines on Sound Remuneration Policies under Articles 74(3) and 75(2) of Directive 2013/36/EU and Disclosures under Article 450 of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013

Institutions must apply remuneration policies for all staff, including identified staff, at group, parent and subsidiary levels, consistent with sound risk management and the long-term strategy. Variable remuneration is capped at 100% of fixed remuneration (200% with shareholders' approval), with at least 50% in instruments and 40% deferred; ex post adjustments must not increase it. Small and non-complex institutions must comply with disclosure requirements proportionately, using the Annex 2 template.
