Guidelines on XML Submission of DDA Reconciliation Statement via PRIME
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that all banks and non-bank quasi-banks submit Demand Deposit Account Reconciliation Statements in XML format through the PRIME system. This requirement becomes effective for the reference period ending 31 December 2025, with a parallel sandbox run beginning in June 2025. The issuance supersedes previous memoranda and requires discontinuing submissions via the BSP Financial Institution Portal in favor of the new digital reporting mechanism.
