ICT Outsourcing Arrangements – Sector Specific Guidelines and Updated Registers
The document reminds Authorised Persons of their obligations to comply with EBA, EIOPA, and ESMA guidelines on ICT outsourcing, including the requirement to maintain updated registers of all outsourcing arrangements.
