Implementation of the TTSEC Enhanced RBS Framework
The Trinidad and Tobago Securities and Exchange Commission completed impact and risk assessments for all 53 registrants under Section 51(1) of the Securities Act, Chapter 83:02. Based on these assessments, the regulator developed a biennial supervisory plan which its Compliance and Inspections Division has initiated, meaning registrants can expect to be engaged accordingly. Individualized and market reports summarizing the assessment results and observations are being prepared and will be made available to the registrants.
