Instruction (Archive) No. 24/2019
The Bank of Portugal sets the base rate for additional periodic contributions to the Resolution Fund at 0.060% for the year 2020. This rate applies to contributions determined under Article 14 of Law No. 23-A/2015 and related regulations. The Instruction enters into force on January 1, 2020.
