Instruction (Archive) No. 5/2024
This Instruction amends Instruction No. 11/2023 to expand access to the SIRES service, allowing individuals and legal entities not subject to Banco de Portugal supervision to submit authorization requests, non-objection procedures, communications, and registrations. The amendment adds a provision to Article 2 stating that non-supervised persons may use SIRES for applicable procedures, while the mandatory scope and list of procedures for supervised entities remain unchanged. The Instruction enters into force the day after its publication.
