Instruction COSOB No. 03-05 of December 21, 2003 Defining the Standard Model for Threshold Crossing and Intent Declarations.

Article 1. — The declaration of crossing of participation thresholds in the capital of listed companies, as provided for in Article 2 of COSOB Regulation No. 03-03 of March 18, 2003, shall be prepared in accordance with the standard model defined in Annex "A" attached hereto.

Art. 2. — The statement of intent, as provided for in Article 3 of COSOB Regulation No. 03-03 of March 18, 2003, shall be prepared in accordance with the standard model defined in Annex "B" attached hereto.

Art. 3. — This instruction shall enter into force on the date of its signature.
