Instruction (Historical) No. 22/2021
The Bank of Portugal sets the base rate for additional periodic contributions to the Resolution Fund at 0.057% for the year 2022. This instruction determines the applicable rate for contributions intended to enable the Resolution Fund to fulfill obligations arising from financial support measures applied until December 31, 2014. The instruction enters into force on January 1, 2022.
