Instruction No. 2017-I-19 of November 22, 2017, Regarding the Submission of Financing Plans by Credit Institutions
Credit institutions established in France that are listed as significant entities by the European Central Bank must submit their annual financing plans to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority. These plans must be based on data as of December 31 of the preceding year, prepared on an individual or consolidated basis depending on group supervision, and submitted via XML-XBRL teletransmission to the General Secretariat by March 15.
