Instruction No. 25/99 establishes that the control fee for stock market operations is calculated based on capitalization commissions paid by issuers and brokerage fees collected by Securities Intermediation Companies (SGIs). It mandates that these fees be remitted directly to the Regional Council by the SGIs. The instruction explicitly repeals Articles 1 and 2 of Instruction No. 13/98, which previously modified and annulled Instruction No. 10/98 regarding this control fee. This directive applies from its signature date of December 16, 1999.
