Instructions No. (4) of 2025: Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions No. (1) of 2015
The Central Bank of Jordan issued Instructions No. (4) of 2025, effective from April 10, 2025, to formally cancel the Insurance Company Merger Instructions No. (1) of 2015. This directive applies to all insurance companies regulated under the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021. The cancellation was enacted pursuant to the Central Bank Board of Directors' Resolution No. (71/2025).

Based on the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (109) of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021, I enclose herewith "Instructions No. (4) of 2025: Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions No. (1) of 2015" issued pursuant to the Central Bank Board of Directors' Resolution No. (71/2025) dated 10 / 4 / 2025.

Instructions No. (4) of 2025 Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions Issued by the Central Bank Board of Directors pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (109) of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021
Article (1): These instructions shall be called the Instructions for Cancelling Insurance Company Merger Instructions of 2025 and are issued pursuant to the provisions of paragraph (b) of Article (109) of the Insurance Business Regulation Law No. (12) of 2021, and shall be effective from 10 / 4 / 2025.
Article (2): Insurance Company Merger Instructions No. (1) of 2015 are hereby cancelled.
