Instructions No. (8) of 2004 Regarding the Licensing of Loss Adjusters and Surveyors and the Organization of Their Work
The Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply mandates that all natural and legal persons practicing loss adjustment or insurance surveying in Jordan must obtain a license from the regulatory authority, prohibiting unlicensed practice and insurance companies from engaging unlicensed practitioners.
