The Securities Commission of The Bahamas informs licensees and registrants that Safia Farkash Al-Barassi is no longer subject to the UN travel ban measure as of 31 January 2024. She remains subject to the asset freeze measure under relevant United Nations Security Council resolutions. Licensees and registrants must update their records to reflect this change while continuing to enforce the asset freeze.
