The Securities Commission of The Bahamas directs all licensees and registrants to report any positive matches for the newly added individual, Nabagala Hamidah, to the Financial Intelligence Unit and the Office of the Attorney General within 24 hours of the notice's issuance. Submissions must include completed Targeted Financial Sanctions Reporting Forms, with confirmations sent to the Commission. Failure to submit these reports constitutes an offence punishable by a fine not exceeding $250,000.00, and non-compliance may result in disciplinary action including a minimum fine of $200.00 per day.
