To the market users of investment fund information
Subject: "Files for Download" Functionality
Dear Sirs,
In line with the institutional policy to standardize batch access to public information held by the CVM, standardize the user experience, and simplify the operation of the technological infrastructure, we inform you that the "Files for Download" tool will be discontinued. Consequently, the data contained therein will be made available, starting from February 1, 2022, exclusively through the CVM Open Data Portal (http://dados.cvm.gov.br/).
In the Migration Guide for the "Files for Download" service to the Open Data Portal (http://dados.cvm.gov.br/dados/recursos/CentralSistemas_DadosAbertos.pdf), it is possible to consult the new location, within the structure of the Open Data Portal, of each of the data files that currently appear in the "Files for Download" service.
We reiterate that for any difficulties or problems related to the use of the new query tool, contact should be made with the CVM's External Support, by submitting the request to the CVM's Systems Support (suporteexterno@cvm.gov.br).
On the other hand, questions regarding the interpretation of the disclosed content may be resolved by contacting the Superintendency responsible for the supervision of the respective participant subject to the query.
