Subject: Submission of documents to the CVM – Digital Protocol

Dear Sirs,

We refer to the announcement made by the CVM on 1/7/2019 regarding the launch of the Digital Protocol tool, a new functionality inserted in the context of the Digital Citizenship Platform, with the objective of providing greater automation of document flows, more transparency and ease of use to market agents, and better utilization of innovation and improvement initiatives promoted within the scope of the Federal Government.

From the launch of the platform, the protocol of any documents, previously carried out through the Citizen Service, must now be done exclusively through the services portal of the aforementioned platform, except for express indications to the contrary by the technical area of the CVM responsible for receiving the document, including prior guidelines not expressly revoked.

Initially, a brief registration on the Services Portal will be required, which can be accessed via the address www.servicos.gov.br. On the next page, in the search field, type "Protocol CVM". After that, an electronic form must be filled out, files attached, and the submission forwarded.

For more information on the use of the system, we suggest reading the User Manual or viewing the explanatory video made available as attachments to the announcement of 1/7/2019. In case of other doubts regarding the use of the new functionality, the Information Management Division ("DINF") should be contacted via the electronic address dinf@cvm.gov.br.
