This directive revokes Financial Services Authority Letter Number 26/SEOJK.05/2015, which previously mandated pension funds to value their securities at fair value due to global financial conditions. The revocation is based on the assessment that global financial conditions have stabilized, evidenced by the strengthening and stability of the Indonesian Rupiah against the US Dollar, declining and stable Bank Indonesia interest rates, improved Country Rate for Indonesia, and a rising trend in the Composite Stock Price Index since October 2015. Consequently, the previous determination of market unfairness is no longer applicable, and pension funds are no longer required to apply the specific valuation calculations mandated by the revoked letter. This revocation takes effect on the date the letter is established.
