Lifting of Suspension Notice for SMIs
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe lifts the suspension of Mr. Benson Gasura’s securities dealing licence with immediate effect. This decision follows the completion of the investigation into FBC Securities’ continued possession of unclaimed shares, which was conducted in terms of Section 49 (1) of the Securities and Exchange Act [Chapter 24:25]. The suspension was originally imposed to facilitate this investigation.
