Liquidator's Fourth Status Report
The Commissioner of the Vermont Department of Financial Regulation, acting as Liquidator for Neeley Incorporated Cell, reports that the automatic stay in the Petersen Health Care LLC bankruptcy was lifted on August 7, 2025, allowing the Liquidator to resolve insurance claims. The Liquidator filed an Amended Plan of Liquidation approved on October 14, 2025, which established a December 31, 2025 deadline for claim filings; 17 proofs of claim have been registered. The Liquidator is currently investigating these claims using Marsh McLennan Agency, LLC, while Neeley’s shareholder equity increased by 6% and invested assets grew by 4.9% during 2025. The Liquidator will continue claim determinations and provide a further report no later than six months from the filing of this status report.
