MFSA Circular on ESMA Call for Evidence on Digital Finance
The Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA) invites stakeholders to submit feedback on the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) call for evidence regarding digital finance developments. The consultation, open until 1 August, requests information on fragmented value chains, digital platforms bundling financial services, and mixed activity groups providing both financial and non-financial services. Stakeholders are instructed to submit their responses using the designated online response form.
