The Central Bank of Bolivia updates the Minimum Operational Security Requirements for Electronic Payment Instruments and Channels, which serve as the normative reference framework for applying standards and good practices in payment systems. These updated requirements are effective from February 27, 2025, and apply to participants of the Integrated Payment Settlement System. This circular renders External Circular CIEX N° 1/2024 of January 2, 2024, ineffective.
