Having reviewed Law No. 159 of 1981 on Joint Stock Companies, Commandite Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies; Having reviewed Law No. 95 of 1993 on the Capital Market; Having reviewed Law No. 17 of 1999 on Commerce; Having reviewed Law No. 10 of 2009 on Regulating Non-Banking Financial Markets and Instruments; Having reviewed Presidential Decree No. 192 of 2009 Issuing the Basic Statute of the General Authority for Financial Supervision; Having reviewed Presidential Decree No. 387 of 2015 Delegating Certain Competencies to the Prime Minister, and designating him as the Minister Competent for Applying the Provisions of Law No. 10 of 2009; Having reviewed Cabinet Decree No. 2573 of 2015 Delegating to the Minister of Investment the Competencies of the Minister Competent for Applying the Provisions of Law No. 10 of 2009; Having reviewed Cabinet Decree No. 1486 of 2016 on Reorganizing the Ministry; Having reviewed the Executive Regulations of the Capital Market Law Issued by Decree of the Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade No. 135 of 1993; And after obtaining the approval of the Administration of the General Authority for Financial Supervision; And based on what the Cabinet Council deemed appropriate
