On the Modification of Investment Activity License No. 0031 Issued to “Premium Invest” IF LLC
In view of Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the RA Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Pursuant to Article 221 of the RA Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 124 of Regulation 4/01 “Registration and Licensing of Investment Companies; Registration of Branches and Representative Offices of Investment Companies and Foreign Investment Companies; Procedure for Obtaining Preliminary Consent to Qualifying Holding in Statutory Capital of Investment Companies; Procedure, Method and Timeframe for Presenting the Business Plan by Investment Companies; and Notice of Provision of Investment Services by Banks” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 16-N of January 15, 2008; and Whereas, on September 2, 2026, September 15, 2026, and September 25, 2026 “Premium Invest” IF CJSC applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify the Investment Activity License No. 0031 issued thereto; and Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 46, dated September 30, 2026),

Enacts:
- Modify the Investment Activity License No. 0031 issued to “Premium Invest” IF LLC in connection with the change in the company name (the Investment Firm’s new name is “Eastfor Capital” LLC).
- This resolution shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “Eastfor Capital” LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “Eastfor Capital” LLC.
