October 6, 2026; No. 278 A

On the Modification of License No. 13 Issued to “IDRAM” Payment and Settlement Organization LLC

In view of Article 2(3) and Article 20(ki) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and

Pursuant to Article 20(7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”; and Paragraph 76 (Chapter 8) of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” approved by the CBA Board Resolution No. 285-N of October 25, 2011; and

Whereas, on September 10, 2026 “IDRAM” Payment and Settlement Organization LLC submitted a letter of request, together with required documents and supporting materials, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 46, dated September 30, 2026),

the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Enacts:

1. Modify License No. 13 issued to “IDRAM” PSO LLC in connection with the change of location.
2. This resolution shall take effect upon acknowledgment of its receipt by “IDRAM” PSO LLC, or on the day following its duly prescribed delivery to an authorized representative of “IDRAM” PSO LLC.
