Modifications to the Agreement Establishing Temporary and Extraordinary Measures and Suspending Certain Deadlines for Participants in the Retirement Savings Systems Due to COVID-19
The National Commission for the Retirement Savings System extends the suspension of deadlines for acts and procedures pending before the Commission until July 15, 2020. This modification also sets the expiration date of the original emergency agreement to July 15, 2020, while establishing that any administrative facilities granted under the agreement will remain in operation until formally notified by the Commission, with a maximum duration of one calendar year from their granting. The modifications enter into force on the day of their publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
