Modifications to the General Provisions on Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems
The document modifies the transitional provisions of the General Provisions on Financial Matters of the Retirement Savings Systems, extending the deadline for Investment Committees to update their reference portfolios and investment manuals to August 15, 2019. It also requires Investment Societies to modify their information prospectuses and Administrators to request authorization for these changes by the same date, while mandating that explanatory brochures be updated and available to the Commission starting August 15, 2019. These modifications entered into force the day after their publication in the Official Gazette on May 15, 2019.
