Modifying Circular 14/22 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular
The National Commission of Insurance and Sureties declares the period from December 19 to December 30, 2022, as non-working days for all legal purposes due to the staff's vacation period, with work resuming on January 2, 2023. During this interval, applicable statutory deadlines do not run, except for days authorized for inspection visits. This modification to Annex 13.3.1 of the Single Insurance and Surety Circular enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
